SCOTUS (Supreme Court of The United States) Makes Two (2) Ruling Affecting Immigrants, Illegal or Otherwise

For these stories, it appears *some* editors said, write a confuing headline. Both LATimes and NewsMax appeared ready to confuse their reader base.
1) Was an argument that "encouraging illegal immigration" was a violation of "Free Speech."
2) Was an argument that the Biden Administration illegally had U.S. I.C.E. de-prioritize deportation.

This "story" by the Associated Press should have been labeled #OPINION, but it presented as a "news story." There are no facts presented. If anything "our Reactions" should be the reactions of the Associated Press _or_ the legacy media. Add the usual academic drivel and it's a news story.

Newly Released Body Camera Footage Shows Border Patrol Agents Shooting a Tribal Member in Arizona

The Raymond Mattia, 58, a tribal member, died shortly after the shooting on the night of May 18. The FBI and Tohono O'odham Nation are investigating the shooting but have not released any findings.

The Pima County Medical Examiner separately released its examination report Friday, which said Mattia had nine gunshot wounds. An accompanying toxicology report showed Mattia had a high blood alcohol level and drugs in his system, including amphetamine and oxycodone.
